With over 15 years in the Oil and Gas industry, I saw a critical gap firsthand: safety professionals were drowning in paperwork while the data they needed was locked in spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected reports. I decided to change that.

Today, I am an HSE Consultant who doesn’t just write procedures, I build the tools and operating systems that make them real in the field. Specializing in upstream and infrastructure operations, I combine deep operational HSE knowledge with modern web development and AI integration to turn safety from a reporting exercise into something measurable, verifiable, and practical to execute.

My mission is simple: transform HSE from a compliance burden into a data-driven operational asset. In contractor-heavy, high-risk environments, that means strengthening everyday execution through clear governance routines, risk-based competence and training systems, and assurance planning that improves the quality of verification at site. It also means translating leading indicators into dashboards and workflows that leadership can trust and field teams can actually use.

Whether it’s supporting complex site operations or using AI to identify High-Potential (HiPo) risk early enough to act, I build systems that reduce administrative drag, strengthen critical controls, and help people go home safe every day.
